TriggerX LLC ("TriggerX," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program for prospects and clients of our B2B sales automation services. This policy explains how our SMS program works, how you give and withdraw consent, and how we handle your information. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the mobile number you provided belongs to you.

1. Program Description

TriggerX LLC operates a mixed (transactional and promotional) SMS messaging program. Messages are sent by TriggerX directly to individuals who have opted in via the contact form at https://www.triggerx.ai/contact.

We send the following types of messages:

• Replies to inbound contact form submissions and service inquiries

• Sales follow-up messages, including scheduling discovery calls and sending requested information

• Conversational back-and-forth during the sales process

• (For users who provide separate marketing consent only) Special offers, discounts, and service updates

We do not send appointment reminders, missed-call text-backs, review requests, or messages on behalf of any third party through this program.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in to our SMS program by completing the contact form at https://www.triggerx.ai/contact and affirmatively checking one or both of the SMS consent checkboxes located below the message field. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from TriggerX.

The two consent options are independent:

Non-marketing consent (Checkbox 1): "By checking this box, I consent to receive non marketing and conversational text messages from TriggerX LLC about my inquiry and services I have requested (for example, replies, follow-ups, and scheduling). Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. I am 18 or older. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out. See SMS Policy: https://www.triggerx.ai/sms-policy."

Marketing consent (Checkbox 2): "By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages including special offers, discounts, new product and service updates from TriggerX LLC at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. I am 18 or older. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out. See SMS Policy: https://www.triggerx.ai/sms-policy."

You may check one, both, or neither. Submitting the form without checking either box does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older.
Consent is recorded and stored securely. SMS consent is never sold, rented, or shared for promotional purposes under any circumstances. The exact disclosure language presented at the time of opt-in matches the consent language shown on our website forms.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month under normal usage. If you actively reply and engage in conversation, you may receive additional messages in direct response to continue that conversation.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TriggerX is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

To opt out by other means, email us at hello@triggerx.ai with your phone number and a request to be removed.

6. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program operates on all major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and Boost Mobile. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Compliance

TriggerX operates this SMS program in compliance with:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227

• CAN-SPAM Act provisions applicable to commercial messaging

• CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices

• A2P 10DLC registration requirements administered by The Campaign Registry and US wireless carriers

We send marketing messages only to recipients who have provided express written consent. Messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, except in direct response to a message you initiated. We honor STOP requests immediately and always within 24 hours.

8. Data Privacy

What we collect through this SMS program:

• The phone number you provide

• The contents of messages you send and receive through the program

• Timestamps of messages and your opt-in and opt-out events

• Delivery and engagement metadata from carriers

How we use this data:

• To deliver the messages you have consented to receive

• To respond to your inquiries and continue active conversations

• To process opt-out requests and maintain compliance records

• To improve deliverability and program performance

How we protect this data:

Phone numbers and message logs are stored using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards against unauthorized access.

Third parties:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information is disclosed only to subcontractors strictly for operational support services, such as customer service, and never for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share data only with:

• The SMS infrastructure providers and CRM platforms necessary to deliver messages

• Wireless carriers required to route the message to your device

• Government authorities where required by law, subpoena, or court order

Data retention:

We retain phone numbers and message logs only as long as necessary to provide the service, respond to inquiries, or as required by law. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so we can honor your withdrawal of consent. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@triggerx.ai.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

9. Prohibited Use

We do not use this SMS program to send fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, abusive, or obscene messages, or to send content that violates any applicable law. We do not use SMS to request sensitive personal information such as passwords, Social Security numbers, or full credit card numbers.

If you receive a message you believe violates this policy, contact us immediately at hello@triggerx.ai.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriggerX is not liable for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by carrier networks, device issues, or other factors outside our control, and is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier. SMS services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Governing Law
