1. Who We Are
TriggerX LLC ("TriggerX," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wyoming-registered company that provides done-for-you sales systems, revenue automation, and outbound lead generation services.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Identity & Contact — Name, job title, business email, phone number, LinkedIn URL. Collected directly from you or from publicly available B2B directories and data provider partners such as Apollo and Clay.
Professional Data — Company name, industry, employee count, technology stack. Collected from the same sources as above.
Transactional Data — Purchase history, invoices, service agreements, and support communications. Generated during your engagement with us.
Usage Data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, and click behavior. Collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit triggerx.ai.
Marketing Preferences — Newsletter sign-ups, demo requests, and contact form submissions. Collected directly from you.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data or data from individuals under the age of 18.
3. Why and How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and bill for our services — based on our contractual obligation to you. Retained for seven (7) years after the last invoice to comply with US accounting requirements.
To respond to enquiries and support requests — based on our legitimate interest in maintaining client relationships. Retained for two (2) years from the last interaction.
To conduct B2B outbound marketing including cold email and LinkedIn outreach — based on legitimate interest and CAN-SPAM compliance. Retained until you opt out or data becomes outdated, maximum two (2) years.
To send newsletters and content — based on your consent. Retained until you withdraw consent.
To analyse website performance — based on consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest. See Cookie Policy below.
4. Data Sharing and International Transfers
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only when necessary to deliver our services, including with:
Email infrastructure and CRM platforms including GoHighLevel and Instantly
Prospecting and enrichment tools including Apollo and Clay
Analytics tools including Google Analytics
Payment processors including Stripe
Professional advisers including lawyers and accountants
TriggerX is US-based. Data may be stored or processed outside the EEA. Where EU personal data is transferred, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved safeguards.
5. Data Security
We implement role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and multi-factor authentication across our systems. While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Financial records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with US tax law. All other data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Restrict or object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. CAN-SPAM Compliance
All marketing emails sent by TriggerX or through TriggerX-built systems comply with the CAN-SPAM Act:
We never use deceptive subject lines or sender information
Every marketing email clearly identifies itself as a commercial communication
Every email includes our physical mailing address
Every email includes a clearly visible unsubscribe mechanism
Opt-out requests are honored within ten (10) business days
Unsubscribed addresses are not transferred to third parties except for compliance purposes
9. Children's Privacy
TriggerX does not direct its services to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect. The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy
All fees paid to TriggerX are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel within three (3) business days of signing up and no work has been performed, you will receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for fees already paid including for the month in which a cancellation is requested.
Because TriggerX delivers digital services — automation systems, sequences, infrastructure, and campaign assets — there is nothing to return. All service remediation is handled through direct communication and optimization as part of our ongoing engagement.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled with thirty (30) days written notice before your next billing date. Notice must be submitted in writing to hello@triggerx.ai.
Single automation or project-based engagements may be cancelled before work commences for a full refund. Once build work has begun, fees for that billing period are non-refundable.
Upon cancellation all assets, sequences, workflows, and playbooks built for your engagement remain yours. TriggerX will provide a handover document within five (5) business days of cancellation confirmation.
Late Payment
TriggerX reserves the right to suspend active services if payment is not received within seven (7) days of the due date. Services resume upon receipt of outstanding payment. Suspended periods are not refunded or credited.
FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. Scope
This Fulfillment Policy applies to all purchases of TriggerX services made through triggerx.ai or any authorized TriggerX service agreement or invoice.
2. Service Delivery and Timeline
All TriggerX services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. The standard delivery timeline is as follows:
Onboarding call and strategy session — within two (2) business days of payment and receipt of your completed onboarding questionnaire. Delivered via video call and email.
Infrastructure setup — domains, mailboxes, warmup, DNS, and CRM configuration — completed by business day seven (7). Confirmed via email and shared dashboard access.
Lead list build and sequence setup — completed by business day ten (10). Delivered via shared document and CRM.
Campaign launch — by business day fourteen (14). Confirmed via email with dashboard access showing live activity.
Ongoing reporting and optimization — weekly from campaign launch onward. Delivered via live dashboard, email summary, and direct communication.
3. Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
4. Delivery Delays
If circumstances outside TriggerX's control delay campaign launch beyond the agreed timeline, TriggerX will notify you within twenty-four (24) hours, provide an amended timeline, and credit one additional service day for every twenty-four (24) hour delay beyond the amended date.
Delays caused by failure to provide required onboarding information, approvals, or access do not qualify for credit.
5. Client Responsibilities
Timely fulfillment depends on your cooperation. You agree to complete the onboarding questionnaire within two (2) business days of signing, provide access to required tools and platforms promptly, and respond to approval requests within one (1) business day. Delays caused by incomplete or late responses from your side are not covered under our delivery guarantee.
6. Legal and Export Restrictions
TriggerX complies with all applicable US export control laws. We cannot provide services to entities on US sanctions lists or located in embargoed countries.
7. Changes to This Policy
Material updates to this Fulfillment Policy will be communicated to active clients at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect.
