Privacy Policy

TriggerX LLC ("TriggerX," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wyoming-registered company providing done-for-you sales systems, revenue automation, and outbound lead generation services to business clients. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Identity and contact information — name, job title, business email, phone number, LinkedIn URL. Collected directly from you when you submit a form, subscribe, or engage with our services, and from publicly available B2B directories and third-party data providers such as Apollo and Clay.

Professional data — company name, industry, employee count, technology stack. Collected from the same sources above.

Transactional data — purchase history, invoices, service agreements, and support communications. Generated during your engagement with us.

Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, click behavior. Collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit triggerx.ai.

Marketing preferences — newsletter sign-ups, demo requests, contact form submissions, and SMS opt-in selections.

SMS program data — phone number, message content, timestamps, opt-in and opt-out records, and delivery metadata. Collected only from users who affirmatively opt in via our contact form. See Section 5 below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data or data from individuals under the age of 18.

3. Data Sharing

We disclose personal data only to the extent strictly necessary to operate our services and for no marketing or promotional purposes. Such disclosures are limited to service providers that support essential business operations, including:

• Email infrastructure and CRM platforms, such as GoHighLevel and Instantly

• Prospecting and enrichment tools, such as Apollo and Clay

• Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

• Payment processors, such as Stripe

• SMS infrastructure providers and wireless carriers required to deliver SMS messages

• Professional advisers, including lawyers and accountants

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information is disclosed only to subcontractors strictly for operational support services, such as customer service, and never for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent and text messaging originator opt-in data are never sold, rented, shared, or used for any third-party marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This applies to all phone numbers and opt-in records collected through our services.

We do not share SMS consent with affiliates or any external parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

4. International Transfers

TriggerX is US-based. Data may be stored or processed in the United States. Where personal data of EU/UK residents is transferred to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards.

5. SMS Communications

We operate a separate SMS messaging program for prospects and clients who affirmatively opt in via the contact form at https://www.triggerx.ai/contact. Opt-in is collected through two distinct, unchecked checkboxes — one for non-marketing messages, one for marketing messages — and consent is never a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

The two consent checkboxes display the following disclosure text:

Non-marketing checkbox:
"By checking this box, I consent to receive non marketing and conversational text messages from TriggerX LLC about my inquiry and services I have requested (for example, replies, follow-ups, and scheduling). Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. I am 18 or older. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out. Marketing checkbox:
"By checking this box, I consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages including special offers, discounts, new product and service updates from TriggerX LLC at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. I am 18 or older. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out. See SMS Policy: https://www.triggerx.ai/sms-policy."

Messages we send through this program include:

• Replies to inbound contact form submissions

• Sales follow-up, including scheduling and sending requested information

• Conversational messages during the sales process

• (Marketing-consent users only) Special offers, discounts, and service updates

You may receive up to 10 messages per month under normal usage. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@triggerx.ai.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We use GoHighLevel as a data processor and technology platform to manage customer relationship data, communication records, automation workflows, and messaging services. GoHighLevel stores contact records, conversations, automation workflows, and communication logs on our behalf and processes this data solely for the purpose of operating our services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Data Security

We implement role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and multi-factor authentication. Although we take reasonable precautions, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Financial records are retained for at least 7 years in accordance with US tax law. SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to ensure we honor your preferences. All other data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Restrict or object to processing

• Withdraw consent at any time

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. CAN-SPAM Compliance

All marketing emails sent by TriggerX or through TriggerX-built systems comply with the CAN-SPAM Act:

• We do not use deceptive subject lines or sender information

• Every marketing email identifies itself as a commercial communication

• Every email includes our physical mailing address

• Every email includes a clearly visible unsubscribe mechanism

• Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days

• Unsubscribed addresses are not transferred to third parties except for compliance purposes

10. Children's Privacy

TriggerX does not direct its services to individuals under the age of 18 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
